The Boschert Easy Wind Tension system is designed for unwinding or winding applications, in which tension control is
required. The Plug and Play solution provides proportional air pressure controlling a brake, clutch or differential windingshaft.

BASICS

  • + Quick and simple installation, mounted with 4 bolts on the machine frame.
  • + 230v AC power source required.
  • + 6 bar continuous air supply required using the 6mm. quick connect air connection.
  • + Sensor equipped (Ultra Sonic sensor included).
  • + High speed operations possible.

    • EASY WIND | Standard solution to control 1 (un)wind station, ‘plug and play’.
    • EASY WIND TWIN | To control 2 (un)wind stations (1 control unit and 2 Ultra Sonic sensors included).
    • EASY WIND SENSITIVE | To control the brake cylinder directly for more precise operations.
